Athos Group of Companies is a privately owned corporation headquartered in Thessaloniki – Greece with strong presence in Greece and other European regions. The Group companies are operating in six main business pillars all based in Tourism industry including Travel Agencies, Construction company, Hospitality fields, Tourism transportations, Aircraft charter brokers and Property management. The Group has established a strong presence since 2008 and has consistently demonstrated impressive growth over the years. Under the leadership of founders Christos Papadopoulos and Christos Findikakis, the group is known for providing innovative, dependable and efficient services while strictly adhering to the highest standards of ethics and sustainability.

In the late 1980s, the traditional forms of vacationing had already diversified. Air and sea connections had increased, bus technology had advanced to facilitate long-distance travel, and the global tourism industry (hotels, accommodations, restaurants, etc.) was experiencing a significant boom.

During that period, specifically in 1988, some of the largest tour operators of the time decided to join forces under one company, forming ATHOS HELLAS S.A. The venture proved successful, with thousands of satisfied travelers to Greece and abroad every year. Over the years, there were changes in the shareholding structure, leading to us taking ownership and leadership of the company in 2008. Drawing from years of experience in the field, we endeavored to introduce new ideas with innovative programs, careful planning, competitive prices, and quality in the services provided. Today, amidst the extremely difficult period, we are challenged to have even more determination and competitiveness, adapting holiday packages to the new economic and social realities, offering tourism products for every category of traveler, reaching the level of the biggest tour operator in North Greece.

Our story began with a love for the different, excitement for the unexplored, and a great passion for travel. Having traveled all over the world with the World Party TV Show, we learned a lot. After making many friends around the world, staying in jungles, boats, tents... traveling with the same means as the locals, and trying to discover not the touristy but the true, everyday side of each country, we realized there is a different way to travel.

So we decided to fill that gap. But we wanted to do some-thing different than all other existing houses in the area. Our purpose is to create a special, unique experience for very demanding owners.
